There is 1 demonstration base and 1 intelligent large silkworm breeding base, comprehensively promoting intelligent sericulture technologies such as “three-stage sericulture method”, automatic clustering, rotating silkworm clusters, temperature and humidity control, etc., and cooperated with the Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Guangxi Sericulture Technology Extension Station and other scientific research units cooperate to increase scientific and technological support, focus on solving issues such as silkworm technology, variety improvement, industrytransformation and upgrading, and promote labor-saving breeding processes , automation, intelligence, reduce costs and increase output value, explore the income-increasing mechanism of “technical transformation to strengthen mulberry and intelligent sericulture”, and find a path of integrated development of the sericulture industry chain.
It is understood that automatic three-dimensional sericulture uses a large number of sensors, PLC and automated control programs to liberate personnel’s labor force to the greatest extent, solve the problem of reducing the labor intensity of sericulture, improve the efficiency of sericulture farmers, and promote The development of rural sericulture and increase the income of sericulture farmers. From the perspective of feeding efficiency, Huarui’s automatic sericulture line has reached about 10 times the efficiency of manual sericulture. Considering efficiency from the perspective of the industrial field, in order to maximize the utilization of industrial equipment, 24-hour uninterrupted production can be implemented, that is, on the basis of 10 times the labor efficiency, the utilization rate of breeding equipment and breeding sites can be increased by 3 times. From a profit perspective, a breeding site of the same area will generate profits that are one hundred times greater than artificial breeding.
