Chemical fiber textile industry base
The planned chemical fiber textile industry base has been approved by the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The base construction provides another important industrial platform for the city to accelerate development along the river, quickly integrates into the construction of the ecological economic zone around Poyang Lake, and promotes industrial agglomeration.
The Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized experts to review the industrial development plan and infrastructure project feasibility study report of Jiujiang Chemical Fiber Textile Industrial Base, and approved the industrial development plan and infrastructure project feasibility basis of Jiujiang Chemical Fiber Textile Industry. The development ideas and development goals determined in the research report agree to be implemented in accordance with the plans determined in the industrial planning and feasibility study report. Adhere to the principles of rational development and improve land use efficiency, strictly implement investment intensity regulations, and construct construction land in accordance with the project construction progress in accordance with the law. During the project construction process, we must strictly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development measures, implement energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental protection and production safety measures, and effectively design, build and synchronize environmental protection facilities, production safety facilities and major projects. It is reported that the Jiujiang Chemical Fiber Textile Industry Base project covers an area of about 2,700 acres and is an important part of Jinan Group, one of the city’s six major industries. On the basis of expanding chemical fiber production capacity, strengthening textile status, making breakthroughs in printing and dyeing technology, and developing non-woven fabrics, we will further develop and construct Shengli (Jiangxi) and Jinyuan (Hengsheng) chemical fiber textiles to promote the development of chemical fiber textiles. The development of industrial clusters and the improvement of the industrial chain will focus on the development of viscose staple fiber, chemical fiber textiles and non-woven fabrics, accelerate the breakthrough of printing and dyeing bottlenecks, form regional supporting facilities, upstream and downstream linkage, and diversify the point support of the chemical fiber textile industry chain, and build a nationwide An important new chemical fiber textile industry base.
