Lubrication system
The lubrication system of the loom generally consists of two parts: oil bath lubrication and lubricant lubrication. 1. Lubricant lubrication There are two ways of refueling: centralized refueling and manual refueling. 1. Centralized refueling consists of a grease lubrication pump, grease distributor and oil pipe. This refueling method has more centralized refueling points and is more convenient. Figure 3-60 is a schematic diagram of a grease lubrication pump. 2. Manual refueling is mainly suitable for places where the refueling points are not concentrated, there are many bends in the oil line and the oil pipe is not suitable for passing through. 2. Oil bath lubrication is mainly concentrated on the left and right main drive gearboxes, let-off worm gearbox, coiling gearbox and other parts. The specific refueling position is shown in Figure 3-61. The refueling content is shown in Table 3-6.
