Canada implements recall of Chinese-made children’s pajamas
On April 11, 2019, Health Canada issued a recall for children’s pajamas made in China.
The recalled product is “I’mSleepingIn!” children’s nightgown, light blue, with black “I’mSleepingIn!” embroidered on the back, polyester Made of fiber material, irregular cut, removable belt. Available in S/M and L/XL codes, RN number 83509 is printed on the product label.
After a random inspection by Health Canada, it was found that the product did not meet the flammability requirements for Canadian children’s pajamas.
The products recalled were sold in Canada from November 2018 to March 2019. This recall involves about 35 products.
As of April 4, 2019, no reports of accidents or casualties have been received.
Health Canada recommends that you stop using this product immediately and contact a Nordstrom store for a replacement or full refund.
