Information shows that in the fourth batch of provincial supervision and spot inspections in 2022, a total of 41 batches of furniture products were inspected, including 13 batches in the production field and 28 batches in the circulation field. A random inspection found that a batch of products from a seller of Chengwu County Shuntai Furniture Co., Ltd. did not meet the requirements of relevant standards. For the sellers and nominal producers of unqualified products found in this random inspection, the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has instructed the relevant market supervision and management departments to comply with the “Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspections” 》 and the relevant provisions of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on supervision and spot inspections, and do a good job in handling unqualified results.
