The 2023 dye industry green development seminar was successfully held in Ningbo

In order to help enterprises resume full production, achieve compliance and sustainable development, implement the main responsibility for chemical risk management and control, strengthen information exchange among upstream and downstream enterprises, integrate development, and jointly create low-carbon, environmental protection, safety compliance and highquality development path. The 2023 China Dyestuff Industry Information and Industry Deep Integration Seminar and the 2023 Dyestuff Industry Green Development Seminar hosted by the China Dyestuff Industry Association were successfully held at the Ningbo Guoda Radisson Plaza Hotel from April 13th to 14th. More than 60 people attended the meeting, including leaders of government departments, leaders of industry associations, professors from colleges and universities, leaders of dye and pigment companies, and third-party service companies. Shi Xianping, President of China Dyestuff Industry Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. During the one-day seminar on April 14, a total of 11 well-known experts, scholars and representatives of enterprises and institutions in the industry gave wonderful special reports. Ideas and theoretical support; Zhang Hang, senior regulatory technical engineer of Hangzhou Ruiou Technology Co., Ltd., gave a report on “Discussion on Dual Carbon Response of Dyestuff Enterprises”, which introduced in detail the specific standards, steps, and methods of enterprise carbon accounting, focusing on the analysis of enterprises in the dye industry The problems faced and the response paths under the “dual carbon background” point out the direction for enterprises to carry out emission reduction work in an orderly manner; Zhou Yongkai, secretary-general of the my country Dyestuff Industry Association, made a report on “Analysis of the Current Situation and Development Trends of my country’s Dyestuff Industry Operations”, providing an overview of the 2022 A detailed analysis of the operating conditions and development trends of China’s dye industry was conducted in 2017; Tai Wenzhe, an expert from the Chemical Industry Committee of the China Occupational Safety and Health Association, made a report on “Precision Management of High-Risk Subdivisions—Expert Guidance Services for Diazotization Enterprises” The report introduces the typical problems existing in diazotization enterprises and gives suggestions for precise management services of diazotization enterprises; Manager Yu Bencheng of Transfar Zhilian Co., Ltd. made a report on “Low-carbon Development of China’s Textile Printing and Dyeing Auxiliaries” , introduced the background, current situation and development direction of low-carbon development of printing and dyeing auxiliaries, and shared the excellent experience of enterprises implementing low-carbon strategies and achieving low-carbon development in the actual production process; deputy director and professor of the Department of Fine Chemical Engineering, School of Chemical Engineering, Tianjin University, Doctoral supervisor Zhang Tianyong gave a report on “Technology for Preparing Granular Dust-free Pre-dispersed Organic Pigments in Water Phase”, introducing the technology of using EVA wax to prepare nearly spherical hydrophobic pigment PY14 and the method of preparing dust-free granular pigments using additives. Hao Yan, manager of Hohenstein Textile Inspection (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., gave a report on “Monitoring of Environmentally Friendly Limited Substances in Production”; Ms. Wang Jiali, Senior Regulation Manager and Senior Compliance Expert of Intertek Assuris Expert Service Department, gave a report on “Dye Enterprises “How to Respond to Global Chemical Compliance” report; Zhang Yanshen, chief engineer of the China Dyestuff Industry Association, introduced the relevant work of the association and government departments, including soliciting opinions on the “Industrial Structural Adjustment Catalog”.

This conference is rich in content, covering upstream and downstream economic operation analysis, technological innovation, regulatory response, safety production, etc. It strengthens information exchange and integrated development among upstream and downstream enterprises, and provides a platform for the majority of people engaged in education, scientific research, and research in the dye industry.
