The research team went deep into the workshops of Kechuang Textile, Kelijia Textile, and Baoli Textile Enterprises, visited and inspected Qinfeng Robot, Hualong Sauerkraut, Guoneng Yueyang Power Plant, and the Rail-Water Intermodal Terminal to learn about the construction of green parks and organize enterprises held symposiums and carried out training on the construction of green parks and green factories to gauge the high-quality development of the cotton textile industry in Huarong County. Huarong County and the research team conducted in-depth docking on identifying benchmark counties and enterprises, and strengthening exchanges and learning between the textile industry and dock economy.
The Huarong County Party Committee and County Government have always included the textile and clothing industry chain in the construction of the county’s five major key industries and emerging advantageous industry chains. The industrial layout is centered on Shifu Ecological Textile Industry Park District, Yangjiaqiao Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park is an incubation area for clothing, shoe and hat processing enterprises. It has formed an industrial chain from raw material supply to spinning, knitting and clothing. Leading enterprises continue to improve quality and efficiency, and have strong development momentum. Hunan Kechuang Textile Co., Ltd. is a national-level green factory, one of the key tasks for the innovation and development of the new generation of artificial intelligence industry, Hunan Province’s intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory, and a “little giant” enterprise ; Hunan Kelijia Textile Co., Ltd. is a model pilot unit for the new intelligent manufacturing model of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a Hunan Province intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshop and a “little giant” enterprise, and is striving to become a national green factory; Yueyang Baoli Textile Co., Ltd. is listed by the China Textile Industry Association It will be awarded the title of “Specialized, Specialized and New Small and Medium Enterprises”. This year, Huarong County has taken “unveiling the list and taking charge” as the starting point, and promoted the construction of industrial chain projects according to the model of one project, one leader, one dedicated work class, a set of assessment indicators, and a grasp to the end. The textile industry will follow the strong cotton , promoting weaving, introducing dyeing, and optimizing clothes, more than 6 new projects with investment of more than 100 million yuan have been added, further increasing the gold content of “China’s Famous Cotton Textile City”.
Dong Kuiyong said that Huarong’s textile and apparel industry has a foundation, scale and advantages, and it must further advance towards high-end, intelligent, green and fashionable, focusing on efficiency development, innovative development, green development, and social responsibility to create a new pattern of high-quality development that is resource efficient, green, low-carbon, and ecologically safe.
