Among them, the government provides a 40% subsidy for renovation funds. Textile and apparel companies participating in the transformation include Jifa, Ruihua, Xueda, and Tangni Melo.

Ruihua is an epitome of the digital transformation of Jimo clothing companies. Driven by the local government, more and more companies are joining the ranks of smart manufacturing. According to reports, Jimo District has established a cultivation database for technological transformation and industrial Internet transformation projects, and will cultivate projects included in the database on a rolling basis. In 2022, 28 technical transformation projects worth more than 5 million yuan will be put into the database, leveraging more than 2 billion yuan of investment in technical transformation, and securing more than 37 million yuan in various support funds such as industrial Internet transformation for more than 90 textile and garment companies.

Recently, a batch of orders have been rushed into production in the production workshop of Qingdao Jifa Group Co., Ltd. In the textile industry, materials are fundamental and fabrics are the key. According to Yang Fan, Jifa Group develops more than 1,000 new fabrics every year and carries out nearly 100 innovative projects.
In the product exhibition hall of Qingdao Xueda Group, various types of clothing fabrics are dizzying: composite silk fabrics that can “breathe”, anti-static and antibacterial graphene fabrics, Phase-change “air conditioning fiber” fabric that adjusts body surface temperature according to ambient temperature.
