Chief scientist of the National Sericulture Industry Technology System, Chairman of the Chinese Sericulture Society, Professor Dai Fangyin of Southwest University, Pang Huali, a second-level researcher at the Science and Education Department of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Shaanxi Province, Wang Zhouping, director of the Horticulture Technology Workstation of Shaanxi Province, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry Science and Technology Cao Junhui, Secretary of the University College of Animal Science and Technology, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
