They will explore and promote the long-term development path of electrospinning nonwoven materials. Strengthen international cooperation and exchanges to improve the status and influence of China’s electrospinning nonwoven materials on the world stage. Regarding the future development of the Electrospinning Special Committee, Li Lingshen put forward the following suggestions: First, consolidate innovation capabilities and promote breakthroughs in key technologies. The second is to strengthen the platform effect and improve the level of academic exchanges. The third is to smoothen the transformation of results and realize high-end industrial applications. The fourth is to adhere to talent leadership and create industry talent support.
Yu Jianyong said that under the grand strategy of building a new industrial development pattern, the electrospinning nonwoven industry must adhere to innovation as the first driving force, continuously strengthen cross-integration between disciplines, strengthen basic research, accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and support The nonwoven industry is developing in the direction of green, smart, and new materials, creating new advantages for the industry. Regarding innovation to promote the development of electrospinning nonwoven technology, Yu Jianyong put forward three suggestions: First, focus on demand and break through core key technologies. The second is to promote the construction of a multidisciplinary integration system. The third is to create a market-oriented achievement transformation mechanism.
Li Guimei pointed out that this summit aims to make technical exchanges more effective, to make technology docking produce benefits, to transform scientific and technological achievements into productivity, and to inject new vitality and power into the development of the electrospinning nonwoven material industry. In the future, it is expected that the Electrospinning Special Committee will further implement the key tasks of the industry’s “14th Five-Year Plan”, strengthen scientific and technological innovation leadership, and actively promote basic research and development of electrospinning nonwoven materials. The integrated development of industrialization promotes two-way exchanges between academic and industry and makes new contributions to the healthy and rapid development of my country’s electrospinning nonwoven materials industry.
Li Wei said that electrospinning non-manufacturing materials, as a new growth point in the field of industrial textiles, have shown extremely broad application prospects. In this context, building a platform for academic research, technological innovation and industrialization exchanges on electrospinning non-manufacturing materials and their upstream and downstream industrial chains is of great significance to the innovative development of the fiber field. The convening of this conference will further promote the integration of industry, academia and research, collaborative innovation, further promote the school’s talent cultivation in related fields, accelerate the pace of achievement transformation, make the results of industry, academia and research take root, and provide strong support for the innovative development of electrospinning.
Technology exploration
Deep innovation, focusing on changes in industrial demand
What iterations have been achieved in the technology and application of electrospun nonwoven materials? Many experts and scholars at the First China Electrospinning Nonwoven Materials Summit put forward constructive opinions and thoughts, and displayed innovative research results in multiple dimensions.
Hou Haoqing gave a keynote report on “Electrospinning Technology – Laboratory Products and Industrialization, Market Challenges and Opportunities”. The diameter and mechanical properties of electrospun fibers, new uses of electrospun fibers, and the application and industrialization of electrospun fibers in protective clothing, thermal clothing and other fields were introduced in detail. Through the analysis of various experimental data and processing parameters, the future research hotspots and application directions of electrospun fibers are summarized, and their own insights are put forward on the opportunities and challenges facing the industrialization of electrospinning. At the same time, it was pointed out that the application fields of electrospun fibers mainly include battery separators, air purification, sewage treatment, light sail materials, military clothing protective layers, wound dressings, catalyst carriers, and base materials Preparation of multi-level nanostructures, use as precursors to prepare carbon nanofibers, textile composite fabrics, etc. The composite technology of electrospun microfiber porous membrane and traditional woven fabric is the key to the development of electrospun comfortable clothing.
