The Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Provincial Department of Justice conducted legislative research on the “Hunan Province Silkworm Breed Management Measures”
In order to successfully complete the legislative plan of the Provincial People’s Government in 2023 and ensure that the “Hunan Province Silkworm Breed Management Measures” will be officially promulgated within the year, recently, the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Provincial Department of Justice formed a joint research team to go deep into the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province , Nanning City and Hechi City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangzhou City and Shaoguan City in Guangdong Province conducted legislative research on silkworm breeding management.
This legislative survey in the three provinces of Hunan, Guangxi and Guangdong has provided a lot of inspiration for further improving Hunan Province’s silkworm breeding management methods, and assisted Hunan in scientific legislation and precise legislation.
