Guangxi Shangsi County held a sericulture industry promotion work meeting
On March 7, Shangsi County, Guangxi held a sericulture industry promotion work meeting. County Party Secretary Lan Hong and County Magistrate Wang Wei attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee Mai Caiheng presided over the meeting. County Party Committee Standing Committee Member and Office Director Liang Xi attended the meeting.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the Fangchenggang Municipal Committee’s Sericulture Work Conference, and listened to reports on the progress of the sericulture industry in various townships and the Shangsi County Sericulture Industrial Park.
The meeting emphasized the need to further unify our thinking. The whole county has worked together to promote breakthroughs in investment promotion and project construction, unswervingly promote the “1633” project, focus on the development of the “1+4” industry, and make every effort to promote the development of the sericulture industry in Shangsi County. Goals need to be further clarified. All towns and villages must seize the time to complete the set tasks and goals, and accelerate the advancement of mulberry planting, silkworm house construction and other work; they must speed up the signing of cooperation agreements with leading enterprises to ensure that the project is put into production smoothly. Further effective measures must be taken. Accelerate the formulation and improvement of industrial reward and subsidy measures. Party members and cadres will take the lead, actively mobilize the masses to participate, cooperate with leading enterprises in an all-round way, and form a team of technical experts to provide various supports for the development of the sericulture industry in various towns and villages. We need to further consolidate our responsibilities. The main leaders of each department and the township secretaries must personally strengthen supervision and pay close attention to the sericulture work; all departments and townships must form a joint force, strengthen linkage, and jointly promote the highquality of the sericulture industry.
