This standard nominated by China Textile Federation is on the list, and the list of 2022 China Standard Innovation Contribution Award is announced
On July 24, the State Administration for Market Regulation released the list of 2022 China Standards Innovation Contribution Awards. The Standards Innovation Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation stated in the announcement that according to the “Administrative Measures for the China Standards Innovation Contribution Awards” and the “Market Supervision “Notice of the General Administration on Launching the Nomination Work for the 2022 China Standards Innovation Contribution Award”, the China Standards Innovation Contribution Award Review Committee reviewed the candidate standard project awards, organizational awards and individual awards that passed the preliminary evaluation, and formed a list of recommendations for each award. Upon request, the list of suggestions for standard project awards, organizational awards and individual awards and related information will be made public. The publicity period is from July 25th to July 29th.
GB 31701-2015 “Technical Specifications for Safety of Textile Products for Infants and Children” is among the suggestions for the third prize of the 2022 China Standards Innovation Contribution Award Standard Project Award. This standard was nominated by the ChinaTextile Industry Federation. The main completion units are: Textile Industry Standardization Institute, Textile Industry Science and Technology Development Center, National Textile ProductsQualitySupervision and Inspection Center, Shanghai Fashion Research Institute, the main completion persons are Xu Lu, Sun Ximin, Fang Xijiang, Zheng Yuying, Xu Jian.
It is understood that this year’s China Standards Innovation Contribution Award focuses on the implementation of the “National Standardization Development Outline” and commends standard projects, organizations and individuals that play an important role in promoting high-tech innovation, promoting high-level openness, and leading high-quality development.
The Standard Project Award focuses on recognizing standard projects that effectively support the implementation of major national strategies, promote technological innovation or management innovation, and produce significant economic, social and ecological benefits.
The Organization Award focuses on recognizing organizations that have achieved remarkable results in standards research, standard formulation, and standard implementation.
The individual award focuses on recognizing individuals who have made important contributions in the formulation of major standardization strategic plans, standards scientific research, international standardization, standard implementation, and standard culture construction. The Lifetime Achievement Award focuses on international and domestic influence and the formulation of major standardization strategic plans. The Outstanding Contribution Award focuses on scientific research innovation and standard promotion and application, and the Outstanding Youth Award focuses on standardization comprehensive quality and development potential.
In April this year, the State Administration for Market Regulation revised the “Management Measures for the China Standard Innovation Contribution Award” and changed the recommendation system to a nomination system. The relevant revised requirements are that the State Administration for Market Regulation (Standards Committee) formulates and releases the nomination notice for the China Standards Innovation Contribution Award; the nominating units are relevant departments of the State Council, industry associations with standardization management functions, and the standardization administrative departments of provincial people’s governments; Nominating units can nominate the Standard Project Award, Organization Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, Outstanding Contribution Award, and Outstanding Youth Award, and nominating experts can nominate the Standard Project Award and Lifetime Achievement Award.
