“Currently, the development of the printing and dyeing industry is facing complex environments and tests. Printing and dyeing enterprises want to achieve transformation and upgrading , it is necessary to establish and strengthen modern enterprise management. Regarding how to strengthen management, Chen Zhihua put forward four suggestions: First, strengthen the awareness of management innovation and establish a modern enterprise management concept. Take the initiative to learn new management knowledge and management ideas, and gradually get rid of the constraints of traditional management concepts. Establishing modern management concepts first depends on the ideological concepts of entrepreneurs, but it cannot only rely on entrepreneurs and managers, but also requires the joint efforts of all employees.
The second is to improve the management innovation mechanism and establish a modern enterprise management system. These include personnel management, financial management, production management, quality management, etc. Enterprises must effectively implement management innovation in order to continuously cultivate new development momentum and create new development advantages.
The third is to make full use of new scientific and technological means to strengthen the integration of “two informatizations” and improve the level of corporate management. Technology and management are the twin engines of enterprise development. Printing and dyeing enterprises must make full use of new technological means to open up new paths and new thinking in enterprise management.
The fourth is to regard talent as the first resource and strengthen the construction of management team. Printing and dyeing enterprises must establish a strong awareness of talents and fully realize the important role played by high-quality and comprehensive talents in enterprise management innovation. The key members of a team must rely on the company’s own long-term training.
At the meeting, Zong Ruilong also emphasized and shared the background, main content, and requirements for enterprises in the formulation of normative conditions for the printing and dyeing industry. The standard conditions mainly include the following contents: First, enterprise layout. The standardized conditions sort out the specific places where factories cannot be built, and local governments and printing and dyeing enterprises need to pay attention to them. The second is process equipment. Standardized conditions indicate what processes and equipment are truly in line with the direction of industrial development, and guide companies to introduce and purchase them. The third is quality and management. The normative conditions focus on the qualification rate of printing and dyeing products, energy and water consumption, assessment system, and recruitment and employment standards, and enterprises need to develop accordingly. The fourth is resource consumption management. The normative conditions refine various standards such as green, low-carbon, and safe production in the enterprise’s production process, and strive to ultimately realize the empowerment of printing and dyeing enterprises for downstream industries through these normative conditions.

The development of the industry must accelerate the construction of branding, intelligence, leanness, and environmental protection. Printing and dyeing enterprises must gradually improve through continuous lean improvement.The status and development of emissions reductionand the requirements to achieve the “double carbon” goal were shared. The ways for textile printing and dyeing enterprises to reduce carbon emissions mainly include changing the energy consumption structure, developing and producing low-carbon products, improving processes, improving equipment, reducing methane emissions in the wastewater treatment process, strengthening management and carbon capture, and doing a good job in reducing carbon emissions. Topics such as solving the difficulties in color management and color transmission, the construction and practice of intelligent laboratories in printing and dyeing enterprises, and the management practices of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation in printing and dyeing enterprises were discussed with the audience.
During the conference, Lin Lin, vice president and secretary-general of the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, also presided over the commendation of the fourth batch of printing and dyeing industry standard announcement enterprises. It is reported that the standard announcement management of printing and dyeing enterprises is in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with technical support provided by the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association.
