ATA Carnet
ATA Carnet is an international customs document document, which is specially created by the World Customs Organization for temporary admission of imported goods. Up to now, 75 countries and regions around the world have implemented the ATA carnet system.
Since my country officially implemented the ATA carnet system in 1998, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade has become the issuance and guarantee agency of my country’s ATA carnet. The visa agency will review, issue and return the ATA carnet within 1 working day after the materials are delivered (unless the materials are incorrect). 2. Registration of entry ATA carnet It is recommended that freight forwarding companies apply for entry ATA carnet registration via email. Required materials: Color scan of the entry ATA carnet (including green cover, cargo list, yellow stub, white stub), “Entry ATA Carnet Filing Information Form” and “Entry ATA Carnet Import Template” (It can be obtained from “Download application documents” on the atachina homepage). Once the application is approved, the filing will be completed within 1 working day after the applicant wires the fee and sends the payment invoice via email. 3. Verification of outbound ATA carnet For the used outbound ATA carnet, the holder should upload the verification information through the online application system as required. After passing the pre-verification of write-off, it is recommended to properly return the original carnet by express delivery or registered mail, and follow up the progress of the application through the online application system. 4. For other ATA-related business inquiries, enterprises, institutions and individuals can contact the ATA Customs Clearance Office of the Certification Center by logging in to the ATA official website (atachina), following the ATA WeChat public account (ATA carnet cargo clearance passport), sending an email or calling the office phone number. Commercial certification “green channel”

The specific operational procedures for specific services such as immediate issuance of commercial certificates and expedited processing of embassy authentication are as follows: 1. Apply for immediate issuance of commercial certificates. Enterprises log in to the commercial certification platform rzccpit and upload certification documents and relevant supporting materials online as required. The business staff will submit the certification materials after the application is accepted. A CCPIT commercial certificate will be issued on the same day after receiving the certification materials. 2. Expedited processing of certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy. Enterprises log in to the commercial certification platform rzccpit and fill in the embassy certification information. Since the expedited time and requirements for embassy certification vary, companies need to submit an application (see attachment) and contact the business staff to send an electronic version.
