Esquel Textiles has nearly 10,000 employees in its main factory. We pay normal wages to this group of employees. We have also stepped up publicity on epidemic prevention among our employees. The content of most of the publicity boards in the factory is related to the prevention of COVID-19. Dynamic news about epidemic prevention and control will be sent out in a timely manner to various employee groups, internal TV stations, emails and other channels to ensure that information is open and transparent. When checking for epidemic information, we also sent WeChat messages or called each employee one by one to achieve accurate registration and accurate identification of epidemic prevention. Among the external challenges, the one that has a greater impact on us now is the supply of raw materials. Some of our suppliers have not fully resumed work, and the shortage of raw materials may lead to delays in our orders.
