As part of the group’s development strategy, KARL MAYER Group has reached a final agreement with the other party on the acquisition of STOLL Group. The acquisition contract was officially signed on February 26, 2020, and STOLL Group will officially become a member of the Karl Mayer Group from July 1, 2020.

STOLL will become an important part of the KARL MAYER Group. Therefore, STOLL can leverage on Karl Mayer’s widely distributed sales, service and production bases around the world, and the two parties can also deepen joint development in certain areas, such as digital solutions.
