At the same time, it also faces problems such as low resource utilization, low product competitiveness, and frequent complaints about safety and environmental protection. Guli Town conscientiously implements the municipal government’s high-quality printing and dyeing development requirements, strictly implements the town-level printing and dyeing industry plan determined by the Municipal Printing and Dyeing High-quality Development Leading Group Office, and determines the Guli Industrial Zone and Baimao As a high-quality development and improvement area, the printing and dyeing industry concentration area in the industrial zone is divided into Area A and Area B of the Guli Printing and Dyeing Area, with a total planned area of 884 acres. The company has established a modern enterprise system and has a sound corporate governance structure.
For enterprises outside the town that cannot meet the basic standards, they can move to the park after meeting the standards through high-standard integration and reorganization.

In the second half of the year, old factories will be dismantled and technical transformation projects will be reviewed and approved. Construction will start in the first half of 2021 and will be completed and put into use by August 2022. Enterprises that have withdrawn from the market and are no longer operating will be fully shut down by the end of 2022.
