It is understood that the main products of this project are (PE/ PET) and (PE/PP), which are two-component sheath-core structure composite fibers. The cortex structure has a low melting point and good softness. The core structure has a high melting point and high strength. It has the characteristics of small thermal shrinkage, excellent product performance and stable quality. . Product specifications include 4D×51MM single-parent/multi-parent/water-repellent, 2D×38MM single-parent/multi-parent/water-repellent, 1.5D×38MM single-parent/multi-parent/water-repellent, and 1.2D×38MM and 1.0D× will continue to be developed in the future. 38MM’s single-parent/multi-parent/water-repellent products enhance product and brand value.
The product is mainly suitable for the production of sanitary materials, thermal filling materials, filter materials, etc. by hot air penetration process. It also has a wide range of processing suitability, such as acupuncture type and air laying type. The products produced have good fluffiness, are soft and comfortable, dry and hygienic. </p
