Although the wages of today’s workers are increasing year by year, the difficulty of recruiting workers has always plagued spinning companies, which has made spinning companies with low profits realize that they must greatly reduce the number of workers and alleviate the problem of difficulty in recruiting workers through breakthroughs in equipment technology.
In recent years, the technical measures taken by domestic spinning enterprises to reduce labor mainly include three aspects: the use of fine interlocking technology; the use of long spinning machines with collective automatic doffing and tray-type automatic doffing machines. The winding machine is matched with the conventional spinning machine; automatic collective doffing and intelligent small machine doffing are used on the conventional spinning machine.
Method 1: Adopt fine liaison technology

The fine yarn connection technology is that the spun yarn tubes collectively dropped from the spinning machine are directly transported to the automatic winder through the automatic connection system to be wound into a package yarn. This technology has been promoted and applied abroad, but in China, only a few companies are currently using it.
Since domestic fine interlocking technology is still in the development and testing stage, the fine interlocking equipment currently used in spinning enterprises are all imported from abroad. Zhejiang spinning enterprises have successively introduced fine interlocking equipment from Swiss Rieter and German Zinser. The former is a 1,632-spindle ultra-long spinning machine connected to a 40-spindle automatic winding machine, and the latter is a 1,200-spindle long spinning machine connected to a 30-spindle spinning machine. The automatic winding machines are connected together.
In production practice, enterprises have felt that there are advantages and disadvantages to using fine-line technology. The advantage is that the number of spinning doffing workers can be reduced by 2/3, and the doffing porters and management workers can be completely eliminated. But the problem is that it is not conducive to variety improvement. Since the number of spindles in the automatic winding of the fine luolian is configured according to the fixed yarn number, it is feasible if the production variety specifications remain unchanged for a long time. However, domestic spinning enterprises often have to revise varieties and specifications according to market changes. When the yarn number is changed to a coarser number, the number of automatic winding machine spindles is not enough, and when the yarn number is changed to a finer number, there are empty spindles to operate, which is not economical. The production of Xiluolian has great limitations and high investment. This is an important reason why Xiluolian cannot be promoted on a large scale in China.
Path 2: Spinning machine and automatic winding machine are used together
Effect: The spinning machine with collective automatic doffing is matched with the automatic winding machine. Due to the elimination of manual intubation, the capacity of the winding machine stand per person has been increased from 1 to 3 to 4.
Using a long spinning machine with collective automatic doffing and a tray-type automatic winding machine is currently the main way to reduce labor used by new enterprises or enterprises for technological transformation. Due to the small number of spindles in the traditional spinning machine (420 spindles/set is the standard type), manual doffing is used for doffing, and a doffing team (6 people per team) is required for every 10,000 spindles, which requires a lot of labor. Therefore, in recent years, domestic spinning machines have The machine manufacturing industry drew on foreign advanced technology to develop and produce automatic collective belt doffing spinning machines, which were generally welcomed by textile enterprises.
Because this equipment changes manual doffing to automatic collective doffing, the labor intensity of doffers is reduced, and doffers are also greatly saved. The number of doffers per 10,000 spindles is reduced from 6 to 2. , three-shift operation can save 12 doffing workers. At the same time, automatic collective doffing is adopted, which shortens the doffing stop time by 1 to 2 minutes compared with the original manual doffing, which is beneficial to the improvement of production efficiency.
According to relevant data, in the past three years, the domestic use of long spinning machines with automatic collective doffing has increased by more than 300 units every year, and currently has exceeded 10 million spindles, accounting for 10% of the total number of ring spinning spindles. about. Zhejiang Province is one of the provinces that has used automatic collective doffing machines for spun yarns earlier and more frequently. Most of the long automatic collective doffing machines for spun yarns are matched with the latest pallet-type automatic winding machines. Compared with winding machines, due to the elimination of manual intubation, the workers’ viewing capacity of winding machines has increased from 1 per person to 3 to 4 per person.
The long spinning machine and the tray-type automatic winding machine are used together to turn the two processes of spinning and winding, which require the most labor in ring spinning, into processes with a high degree of automation and less labor. This is a ring spinning process. An important way for spindle spinning enterprises to reduce employment.
Path 3: Modify conventional spinning frame
Effect: Both modification methods can reduce doffing work by 1/2~2/3.
The third way is to use automatic collective doffing and intelligent small machine doffing on conventional spinning machines. According to relevant statistics, there are currently more than 100 million ring spinning machines in China, but there are currently only about 10 million long spinning machines using collective automatic doffing, and more than 90% of the spinning machines still use manual doffing. Therefore, how to make the conventional spinning machine with large volume and wide range can reduce labor through appropriate modification, which is what many domestic spinning enterprises are looking forward to. At present, domestic textile machinery manufacturers have developed and launched two technical measures to reduce labor on conventional spinning machines in accordance with the requirements of spinning enterprises.
First, the conventional spinning machine (420~480 spindles/set) is transformed into an automatic collective doffing spinning machine. Like the long spinning machine, the manual doffing is changed to automatic collective doffing, making the doffing process more efficient. Reduce by more than 1/2.
The second is to use intelligent small machine doffing. For example, the S9 intelligent small doffing machine produced by Anhui Tongling Songbao Company can extubate and intubate 10 bobbins at the same time. The doffing time of a 420-spindle spinning machine is about 90 seconds. After doffing, the head is left before driving. Use these two technical measures on conventional spinning machines to reduce labor. From the economic benefit analysis: using conventional spinning machines to convert automatic collective doffing spinning machines, the modification cost for each unit is between 80,000 and 100,000. . If 24 spinning machines with 10,000 spindles are used, the total cost of modification is 2 million to 2.4 million yuan, which is converted to 200 to 240 yuan per spindle. For the use of small intelligent doffing machines, with 2 units per group and the modification of the electrical walking track of the spinning machine, the modification cost is about 700,000 per 10,000 spindles. Both modification methods can achieve the effect of reducing doffing work by 1/2~2/3. However, from the perspective of reducing transformation costs and accelerating investment recovery, the advantages of using a small intelligent doffing machine are obvious and should be the preferred transformation solution for conventional spinning machines.
