The coal transportation trestle outside the factory starts from the coal outlet tee at the bottom of the coal silo of Wenjiapo Coal Mine, with a total length of about 1.5 kilometers, including 1#, There are three transfer stations 2# and 3#, and four trestles 1#, 2#, 3# and 4#, totaling 46 spans. The 4# trestle has three spans in total, of which Corridor 2 spans Binqiu Road, with a span of about 42 meters and a weight of about 105 tons. On November 13, with the strong cooperation of the local government and the traffic control department, and on the premise of doing a good job in temporarily occupying the road to divert traffic, the construction unit successfully completed the 4# trestle across Binbin after 8 hours. The hoisting and floor grouting construction of the Qiu section of the road were completed more than 5 hours ahead of schedule. As of November 15, the last span of the 4# trestle has been hoisted and put in place, and the off-site coal transportation trestle connecting Wenjiapo and the 4# transfer station in the factory has been fully connected. It not only breaks the bottleneck that restricts the progress of the coal transportation system, but also lays a solid foundation for the process connection with the on-site coal transportation trestle that has been put into operation earlier and to achieve the goal of coal loading nodes throughout the process.

The project construction site is located in Xinminyuan Modern Coal Chemical Industrial Park, Bin County, and the project covers an area of ​​600,000 square meters. In April 2016, Shaanxi Weihe Binzhou Chemical Co., Ltd. signed a CTEG technology licensing contract and engineering design contract for the 300,000 tons/year coal-to-ethylene glycol project with Gaochem and Donghua Engineering. The original owner of the project is Shaanxi Binchang Mining Group Co., Ltd. On November 19, 2014, the 300,000-ton coal-to-ethylene glycol project of Binchang Mining Group was officially handed over to Shaanxi Weihe Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd.

The project construction content includes main projects such as gasification equipment, purification equipment, and ethylene glycol synthesis equipment, public supporting facilities such as water supply and drainage, desalted water stations, power supply, heating, and fire protection, storage and transportation projects, and waste gas Treatment, wastewater treatment, solid waste disposal and other environmental protection projects. After the project is completed, the annual output of ethylene glycol will be 300,000 tons. By-products: crude DMC 17,576 tons/year, DMO heavy component 5,336 tons/year, fusel oil 5,920 tons/year, light fractions 13,440 tons/year, ethylene glycol heavy fraction 6,048 tons/year, and sulfur 4,321.6 tons/year. The total project investment is 5.495 billion yuan, of which 444 million yuan is environmental protection investment. It is expected to be fully completed and put into pre-production by the end of this year.
