Empirical formula method
The major warp and weft densities of the fabric under normal weaving conditions can be obtained by applying the Bleieri empirical formula. This method can be divided into four situations for calculation. 1. Warp, weft and density of square fabric Fabrics with warp and weft yarns of the same fineness and density are called square fabrics. The warp and weft densities of square fabrics can be calculated by the following formula:
