It is a new type of rapier loom independently developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology. And the rapier loom’s warp let-off, take-up and other systems have been optimized and designed. Suitable weaving varieties: Used for weaving light and medium-thick fabrics of various types of natural chemical fibers such as cotton, wool, linen, and silk. Scope of application Short fiber: 5~330tex; Long fiber: 22~440tex; Weft density range: 2~120 fibers/cm. Rack part: The left and right wall panels are made of high-strength castings and box-type wall panels, with three steel supports in the middle to form the rack. It has the characteristics of high rigidity, low vibration, compact structure, strong and durable. Main transmission: The main motor drives the clutch, and the loom is started or stopped by electronically controlling the starting and braking of the electromagnetic clutch. Opening mechanism adopts active lower-mounted mechanical or electronic dobby device. Up to 20 heald frames can be installed, and the opening of each heald frame can be controlled through pattern paper or program input. Beating-up mechanism adopts separate reed base conjugate cam beat-up mechanism. The mechanism is simple to fasten, easy to adjust, and safe to operate. The weft insertion mechanism adopts the weft supply method of double-sided rapier and single-side weft supply, and clamp-type center transfer. The let-off mechanism is divided into two types: mechanical let-off and electronic let-off. The mechanical let-off detects the warp tension through the spring-loaded back beam component and adjusts and compensates for it. The electronic let-off is monitored by a computer or electronic signal. The main features are constant tension, leisurely coordination of warp let-off and take-up, and strong variety applicability. Warp stopping system adopts electronic warp stopping frame with reliable performance. The coiling mechanism is divided into two types: mechanical coiling and electronic coiling. The machine adopts a positive continuous winding mechanism; the electronic winding adopts electronic servo motor transmission control to achieve synchronous winding of the fabric. Side support mode adopts licker-in type or thorn ring type to spread the fabric width. Its main function is to stretch the fabric, prevent it from shrinking and protect the edge warp and steel reed. The weft selection device adopts an electronic weft selection system, which is programmed by a microcomputer according to the requirements, and a series of mechanical parts are used to complete the specified actions. It is characterized by easy operation, wide color selection, display and recording, and the weft color (6 colors) can be changed arbitrarily during operation. Control system: It includes signal display system, execution command system and control center system. Lubrication system There are three main methods of lubrication: spray, oil immersion and manual lubrication. The spray system adopts a single-station motor-driven oil pump to drive lubricating oil from the main oil tank into the gear transmission boxes and sword transmission boxes on both sides of the loom.
