UV resistant fiber
During the slicing polymerization process, this product adds an ultraviolet isolation factor (nano titanium dioxide TiO2) and is spun using special spinning technology. Because the nano-titanium dioxide TiO2 in the fiber has an ultra-uniform distribution, the anti-ultraviolet function is particularly strong. The fabric made not only reflects ultraviolet radiation, but also has strong selection, absorption, and conversion of ultraviolet energy into heat energy or Other harmless forms of low energy, functions to be released or consumed.
This product, our company participated in the R&D and production of industrial staple fiber of the National Tenth Five-year Key Project “Nano Titanium Dioxide Anti-UV Fiber”, and passed the acceptance of the National Ministry of Science and Technology in November 2004.
Tested by “Intertek Testing Services Ltd., Shanghai”, our company’s 70% UV-resistant fiber + 30% cotton (blended 80S/2 yarn) white shirt fabric UV protection coefficient UPF is 134.239, UVA transmittance 1.040%, UVB transmittance 0.679%.
Main performance of the product
●Shielding: Strong reflection and shielding effect on ultraviolet rays.
●Absorption: It has a strong selection and absorption effect on ultraviolet radiation, converts ultraviolet energy into heat energy or other harmless low-energy forms, and releases or consumes it to achieve heatstroke prevention, heat insulation, pre-dissipation heat, and cool touch role.
●Excellent anti-pilling properties: The anti-pilling effect of the fabric reaches level 3 or above.
●Health care: After being exposed to sunlight, negative ions are produced, which promote the decomposition of pollutants such as smoke odor, ammonia odor, bacteria and viruses into carbon dioxide and water. If color spinning is performed, the color fastness to sunlight can reach more than 700 hours.
●Permanent function: No matter what washing method is adopted and how many times it is washed, the functions can be maintained permanently.
