The collective doffing device is a relatively complex system. The designers of the Textile Machinery Department used an air bag pipe grabber in the original collective doffing device. The pipe grab is stable, has good adjustability, and is not easy to damage the spindle; The power of the drum rotation is changed from the cylinder to the combination device of single-phase motor, reducer and clutch, so that the drum rotation is changed from intermittent to continuous, which not only increases the speed of the bobbin drop, but also reduces the bobbin cycle from the original 55 minutes to once. The cycle lasts every 35 minutes; the one-way air intake and exhaust at the rear of the car is improved to the two-way simultaneous air intake and exhaust at the front and rear of the car, which shortens the inflation and exhaust time, speeds up the doffing speed of the entire machine, and improves production efficiency. At present, the improved collective doffing device has been used on JWF1532. It not only ensures stable tube gripping, reduces the movement and deformation of the spindle, but also greatly improves the spinning quality.
