Chenyang Textile Machinery successfully launched a high-efficiency blowroom and carding production line
Jiangsu Chenyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has recently successfully launched a new blowing and carding production line consisting of a CFA009 reciprocating cotton picking machine and a FA025 multi-bin cotton mixing machine. Among them, the multi-cylinder dust filters are designed according to the design concept of “early falling and shatterproof, more loosening and less beating, and free opening”, and are all designed with variable cotton cleaning technology. They can clean the cotton in various ways according to the raw material conditions without stopping the machine. The main machine process parameters are adjusted to suit the production of various raw cottons.
The CFA009 reciprocating cotton picking machine adopts a double beater structure. The two beaters rotate in opposite directions, thus ensuring that the rotation direction of one of the beaters is always opposite to the movement direction of the trolley. The lowering amount of the beater is digitally controlled to ensure that the cotton pieces are grasped finely and evenly. The raw cotton is arranged on both sides of the cotton catching car, which can realize two lines in one machine. The electrical system adopts PLC control, has automatic positioning function, and has a high degree of automation.
The FA102B/C single-axial flow opener can effectively remove most impurities contained in the raw materials, and at the same time, it opens the raw materials gently to avoid damage to the fibers. The machine is designed with a micro-velvet discharge device, which can effectively control the growth of short velvet. The FA025 multi-silo cotton blender has three unique mixing methods, which can fully mix the raw materials; the raw materials are transported in the cotton warehouse in order without tumbling, which can reduce the generation of neps. The FA111D fine cotton opener has high impurity removal efficiency and low fiber damage. The special channel structure enables rapid separation of cotton and airflow, preventing the raw materials from being condensed again after opening and causing neps.
FA151 type dust collector has a unique dust removal process. After the fiber bundles collide with the mesh plate, dust removal is completed through airflow. It has the characteristics of not damaging the fibers, high dust removal rate, and flexible process configuration. FA177 type blowing and carding combined cotton feeding box is not used as a single unit but as a complete set. The upper and lower cotton boxes of this machine are equipped with dust filter and dust exhaust devices respectively, and the sucked dust is directly sent to the dust filter chamber. AA
