However, due to the lack of foreign trade knowledge and understanding of foreign technical regulations, there is a lack of effective system control over the quality of export products, especially the entire process of raw material procurement, production process control, and product factory inspection; most exported textiles, clothing, sweaters, Down product manufacturers have few or even no testing equipment and no corresponding control measures for raw material suppliers, so there is a lack of inspection of raw materials. Due to the impact of the international financial crisis, competition in the export textile and apparel market is fierce, and some In order to reduce costs, companies go to the market to purchase cheap and low-quality raw materials.
To this end, the inspection and quarantine department reminds manufacturers and foreign trade companies related to exporting textiles and garments that in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the international market, they must enhance their awareness of integrity and law-abiding and self-protection, and ensure the safety of product design and raw materials. Inspection at the factory, control of key processes in the production process, and inspection of finished products meeting the requirements of the importing country.
