1. The production process of denim fabric

(1) Bundle coloring
The warp yarn process for bundle coloring is:
Ball warping → Bundle coloring → Warp splitting → Sizing → Heald drawing or warping → Weaving → Post-finishing

But it has the characteristics of fewer processes, less damage to warp yarns, less investment, less labor and quick results. Most of the denim fabrics produced in my country adopt the process of sheet coloring.
(3) Weft yarn planning process
There are two situations. Weaving using shuttleless looms (air-jet looms, rapier looms, etc.) does not require the weft rolling process. Weaving with a shuttle loom generally requires a weft rolling process; with direct weft weaving, the weaving mill does not need to roll the weft.
