Issues that should be paid attention to when arranging patterns
When arranging patterns, please note: one pattern requires one process (sizing, warping); each weaving beam needs to be composed of several warping beams. The number of warping beams = the total number of warp threads and the number of warp threads per beam. In addition, you should also pay attention to the following issues: (1) The winding direction of the warp beam during warping: When arranging and inserting the spinning yarn on the creel, you must pay attention to the winding direction of the warp beam. Depending on the type of machine, the winding direction of the warp beam is also different. Therefore, although the method of inserting the bobbin on the creel is the same, the arrangement order of the colored yarns on the warping beam is somewhat opposite. (2) The direction of unrotation on the sizing machine creel: There are two methods of unrotating the warp beam on the sizing machine creel: single row type and double row type. The warp beam unwinding method is shown in Figure 3-12.
