1. Cotton box mixer and cotton feeder

A006BS type uses the channel partition to have two ways of discharging cotton: upper and lower.

The main function is to feed cotton evenly, and at the same time it has certain mixing and loosening effects. The arrangement position is close to the rolling machine.
Cotton inlet box: It has a cotton condenser, an adjusting plate 12, and a power supply tube 2 (according to the fullness of raw materials in the cotton inlet box, the valve of the cotton inlet of the electric cotton distributor is controlled to open and close, so as to ensure the amount of cotton in the cotton box. Maintain a certain height), brad roller 9 (the rake mechanism controls its rotation or stop, and when rotating, the raw materials in the cotton inlet box are transported to the cotton storage box in the middle).
Cotton storage box: There is a cotton conveying curtain 8 below. After the raw materials are output by the brad roller, they fall on the cotton conveying curtain and are sent into the cotton storage box through the cotton conveying curtain. The rocking plate 11 swings with the rolling of the raw materials in the box. When the raw material exceeds or is less than the specified capacity, the tilt of the rocking plate drives a set of connecting rods and rake mechanisms to control the stop or rotation of the brad roller, so that the cotton storage volume of the cotton storage box fluctuates little and the output is stable.

Stripping beater: Strips raw materials from the braided curtain, allowing the raw materials to enter the vibrating cotton box, and also has an opening effect.
Vibrating cotton box: composed of vibrating plate 3 and output roller 1.
The electric tube (installed on the upper part of the vibrating cotton box) – controls the stop or rotation of the horn curtain and the cotton conveying curtain. After being vibrated by the vibrating plate, the cotton (the transverse density of the cotton layer is relatively uniform, which is beneficial to improving the quality of the cotton roll) is evenly transported to the rolling machine by the output roller.
The A092A old machine relies on V-shaped curtains to forcefully clamp the cotton layer and feed it into the rolling machine. The transverse density of the cotton layer is poor, and the amount of cotton stored in the box is controlled mechanically by a rocking plate (grid) and a mercury switch. It is not conducive to the improvement of cotton roll quality.
