Bangladesh’s ready-made garment exports grow by % in the second half
According to a report by Bangladesh’s “Daily Sun” on January 16, Bangladesh’s garment exports from July to December 2021 were US$19.9 billion, compared with US$15.55 billion in the first half of 2021. Compared with the level, it rebounded quickly and grew significantly. Bangladesh’s garment exports to the United States were US$4.23 billion, with the fastest growth rate of 46%. Exports to the EU were US$12 billion, an increase of 23.83%.
The total export value of Bangladesh’s various textile products from July to December 2021 was US$29 billion.
