Looking at Jingdong County, the county’s sericulture planting area is 34,000 acres in 2023, and the output of fresh cocoons is expected to exceed 3,000 tons, with an output value of more than 165 million yuan. In the next step, Jingdong County will increase investment in infrastructure, strengthen support for sericulture farmers, focus on building large planting villages, cultivating large breeding households, and strengthen technical services to make the sericulture industry bigger and stronger.
