Final ruling on Brazil’s anti-dumping review case against Chinese nylon yarn
Recently, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission issued a final announcement on the sunset review case of anti-dumping on nylon yarn originating in China in the Gazette of the Federal Government, and decided to extend the anti-dumping duties on the Chinese products involved. Tax, the tax rate is 0-2409.11 US dollars/ton, for a period of 5 years. The products involved in the case have Mercosur tax numbers 54023111 and 54023119.
