Pakistan’s textile exports drop to US$1.0 billion
According to Pakistan’s “Business Recorder” report on March 22, Pakistan’s National Bureau of Statistics released data on Tuesday that Pakistan’s textile exports fell to US$995 million in February 2017, a decrease of 2.53% from US$1.021 billion in the same period last year. A decrease of 6.48% from the previous month. Total textile exports in the first eight months of the 2016/17 fiscal year were US$8.214 billion, a decrease of 1.74% from US$8.359 billion in the same period last year.
