On June 14, 2016, the United States made a preliminary anti-dumping administrative review ruling on China’s Narrow Woven Ribbon With Woven Selvedge: Xiamen Yao Ming Ribbon Jewelry Co., Ltd. (Yama Ribbons Co., Ltd.) was included in the investigation period of this administrative review. There are no transactions to review.
On November 9, 2015, the United States launched this anti-dumping administrative review investigation into China’s narrow-width webbing with selvage edges. The dumping investigation period was from September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015. The customs code of the product involved was 5806.32.1020, 5806.32.1030, 5806.32.1050, 5806.32.1060, 5903.90.3090 and 6307.90.9889, etc. Previously, the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation in this case determined that China’s general tax rate was 247.26%.
