The project seminar “Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Strategy of Intelligent Manufacturing in the Textile and Garment Industry of Fujian Province” was successfully held
November 25, 2022, “Fujian Province Textile and Garment IndustryIntelligent ManufacturingTransformation and Upgrading Strategy Research” project seminar was successfully held, and the meeting was held online. Yu Jianyong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of Donghua University; Jiang Shicheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; About 50 people attended the meeting, including experts such as Director Zheng Hengqiang of the Institute, Director Jiang Songqing of the Development Research Center of the Fujian Provincial People’s Government, project leaders, and report writers in various subdivisions. The meeting was chaired by Gu Ping, President of ChinaTextile Machinery Association. The meeting listened to the research progress of the project, research reports on various topics, and policy recommendations, and had a heated discussion. Finally, the next step of the work was deployed.
Hou Xi, Vice President of the China Textile Machinery Association, reported on the progress of the project on behalf of the comprehensive group; Chen Ge, Vice President of Donghua University, on behalf of the topic: the overview of the textile and garment industry in Fujian Province, challenges and opportunities, and analysis of intelligent manufacturing in subdivided areas. The four aspects of policy recommendations introduced the “Comprehensive Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Strategy of Textile and Garment Intelligent Manufacturing in Fujian Province”; Li Yonggui, Dean of the School of Fashion and Art Engineering of Minjiang University, represented the topic in the second topic: Comparison between the intelligent manufacturing of the textile and apparel industry in Fujian Province and the developed textile regions at home and abroad. The “Domestic and International Comparative Analysis of the Development Status of Intelligent Manufacturing in the Textile and Garment Industry of Fujian Province” was introduced in three aspects: analysis, existing shortcomings and policy suggestions; the subject of the senior engineer representative project of Professor Wang Xueli of Donghua University was based on the project background, major needs, strategic goals, The “Fujian Province Textile and Garment Intelligent Manufacturing Implementation Roadmap” was introduced in five aspects: development roadmap and guarantee suggestions; Guo Hongjun, Vice President of China Textile Construction and Planning Institute, represented topic 4 from the basic development situation, development environment analysis, transformation and upgrading of Fujian Province’s textile and garment industry The “Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Paths of Textile and Garment Industry Clusters in Fujian Province” was introduced in six aspects: the overall path, the transformation and upgrading path of the textile and garment industry clusters in southeastern Fujian, the transformation and upgrading paths of the textile and garment industry clusters in northwest Fujian, and policy and safeguard measures recommendations.
After listening to the report, the participating academicians and experts affirmed the phased results of the project research, conducted in-depth discussions on the four-topic research report and policy recommendations of the “Fujian Province Textile and Garment Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Strategy Research” project, and Specific comments were made.
Finally, academician Yu Jianyong, the project leader, summarized the meeting, put forward specific opinions and suggestions on each topic research, and made arrangements for the next step of work.
