PTFE filter membrane manufacturing process?
Polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as raw material. It is biaxially stretched through special technology and utilizes the unique node fibrillarity of PTFE membrane, smooth surface, chemical resistance, air permeability and water impermeability. It has the characteristics of large air permeability, flame retardant, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, and non-toxicity. The products made of it have high filtration efficiency of up to 99.99%, and are close to zero emissions.
?The product has low running resistance, fast filtration speed; long service life and can be reused, thereby reducing operating costs.
It is mainly used for flue gas filtration in various industrial furnaces such as chemical industry, steel, metallurgy, carbon black, power generation, cement, and waste incineration.
