Shishi holds a series of salon activities to popularize textile and clothing laws
On the afternoon of May 23, the “French Business-Shishi “Textile and Garment Law Popularization Series Salon” was held in Shishi Textile City, with nearly 30 relevant business leaders participating.
During the event, Lin Zhenzhong, a post judge of the Shishi People’s Court, gave a law popularization lecture on “Civil Code – Legal Risk Prevention in Sales Contracts”. He explained the statute of limitations involved in the sales contract and the inspection period involved in the sales contract to the attendees with pictures and texts from three aspects: the legal definition and specification of the sales contract, the practical guidelines for litigation evidence in the sales contract, and the legal risk prevention strategies for debt certificates. Evidence, how to write debt vouchers and other issues that companies are more concerned about, and inform companies how to prevent legal risks when encountering relevant problems.
“We often use contracts in our business operations. This legal education activity is very practical and timely!” Huang Shijie, an accessories merchant in China Textile City who was listening to the lecture, told reporters.
