This random inspection is based on GB/T 22796-2009 “Quilts and Quilt Covers”, GB/T 22796-2021 “Bedding”, GB/T 22843-2009 “Pillows and Cushion Products”, FZ/T 81005-2017 “Quilted Products” and other standards require formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, color fastness to water, color fastness to acid perspiration, color fastness to alkali perspiration, and color fastness to fiber products. The color fastness to dry rubbing, color fastness to wet rubbing, color fastness to saliva, fiber content, fiber raw material requirements for batting and other items were tested.
For the sellers and nominal producers of unqualified products found in this random inspection, the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has instructed the relevant market supervision and management departments to comply with the “Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspections” 》 and the relevant provisions of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on supervision and spot inspections, and do a good job in handling unqualified results.
