According to the “14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Modern Sericulture Industry in Gongxian County and the Target Outline of Strengthening the County with 10 Billion Industries”, by 2030, the county will build the “Shunnan Songhai” with an area of 300,000 acres and an annual output of more than 30,000 tons of high-quality cocoons. -Bodao Silver Pearl” high-standard green and efficient ecological sericulture base, with a comprehensive industrial output value of 10 billion yuan. At present, the existing mulberry orchard area in Gongxian County is 230,000 acres, with a comprehensive output value of 2.88 billion yuan. The Gongxian Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China has firmly established “upstream awareness”, followed the trend, seized opportunities, proactively visited door-to-door connections, publicized the advantages of the Agricultural Development Bank of China’s “rural land bank” policy, implemented industrial assistance policies, and formulated practical and feasible policies for enterprises. With the financing plan, 240 million yuan in credit funds were successfully approved in less than two months to support the construction project of the Gongxian Sericulture Modern Agriculture Park.

The construction content of the project includes 30,000 acres of mulberry garden construction, 30,000 acres of water and fertilizer integration projects, and 332,320 square meters of sericulture projects. The supporting production infrastructure includes 300 square meters of new management and protection buildings, 3,000 square meters of new storage buildings, and reconstruction. There are 40km of production roads, 15 new irrigation stations and 40km of new water canals. After the completion of the project, it will effectively fill the market gap of fresh cocoons, realize the large-scale and intensive operation of the sericulture industry, increase the comprehensive output value of sericulture, improve the living standards of surrounding residents, promote regional economic and production development, increase the income of local residents, and build a safe and effective The ecological environment resource guarantee system strongly supports the coordinated development of regional economy and society, provides a solid guarantee for the people in the region to live and work in peace and contentment, and turns small “silkworms” into a “big industry” for rural revitalization. As of early May, the branch’s loan balance was 3.473 billion yuan, an increase of 536 million yuan or 18.25% from the beginning of the year. Credit funds have been continuously invested in food security, water conservancy construction, rural revitalization and other fields.
