The China Textile Industry Federation, the China Finance, Trade, Light, Textile and Tobacco Trade Union and the Female Employees Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions recently issued the “About the Development of the “Most Beautiful Textile” in the National Textile Industry “Notice on the tree-recommendation activity of “Textile Workers””, it was decided to launch a tree-recommendation activity of “The Most Beautiful Textile Workers” in the national textile industry. The recommended reporting time is April to July 2023.
By carrying out the “Most Beautiful Textile Workers” promotion campaign in the national textile industry, the event will increase publicity to grassroots front-line workers and demonstrate the respectable workers who contribute silently day after day and interpret the extraordinary with ordinary work. The ownership style and excellent quality inspire the employees, especially the young employees, to have positive energy and pride in doing, loving, being dedicated to, and devoting to their profession.
The candidates for “The Most Beautiful Textile Workers” are front-line employees of textile and garment enterprises (institutions), that is, those directly engaged in production or business in textile and garment enterprises (institutions), including production personnel below the workshop director (inclusive) personnel, service personnel directly facing customers, professional and technical personnel mainly engaged in technical work, etc., excluding middle-level and above personnel mainly engaged in production and operation management or administrative management. The total number of places shall not exceed 20.
