The meeting was chaired by Zhang Zhongjuan, director of energy conservation and low carbon of China Textile Federation Environmental Resources Committee.

The project team reported on the current status of greenhouse gas emission reduction in the industry, greenhouse gas emission reduction cases, key projects, emission reduction evaluation system, policy recommendations, etc. After listening to the report, reviewing the project completion materials and communicating with each other, the review expert group believed that the report was informative, focused and the project met the requirements. The review experts unanimously agreed that the project passed the final review and further improved relevant suggestions and submitted them to relevant departments as soon as possible.

At the meeting, Sun Huaibin pointed out that industry greenhouse gas research is a strategic, advanced and realistic topic; there must be commonly recognized standards at the industry level; publicity should be done well to improve corporate awareness; China occupies the largest share of global textiles Share requires all departments to work together to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Ren Wenwei pointed out that the research report will play a leading role in the realization of the dual carbon goals in the future.
