“Digital intelligence” supervises industrial solid waste

As the construction of “waste-free cities” accelerates, various localities insist on a zero-tolerance high-pressure posture to severely crack down on environmental violations such as the theft of industrial solid waste and the illegal disposal of industrial solid waste. Relying on the “Digital Blue Network” to create a “digital steward” to realize the full-process supervision of industrial solid waste from generation, collection, transfer to utilization and disposal will undoubtedly be “even more powerful” and more conducive to solving problems in the bud.

In recent years, governments at all levels have made the improvement of the printing and dyeing industry a top priority, especially in terms of resource utilization and harmless treatment of printing and dyeing sludge. We have accumulated rich experience and achieved fruitful results. To realize the full-process supervision of industrial solid waste, we first need to start from the source and build an industrial solid waste reporting platform to fill the regulatory gap where the source of industrial solid waste cannot be traced. It is necessary to keep a close eye on enterprises that generate large amounts of industrial solid waste, have high pollution risks, and are difficult to dispose of, and comprehensively investigate and understand the types and quantities of industrial solid waste to ensure that enterprises that generate industrial solid waste are fully managed.

The newly revised Solid Waste Law has reached a new level in punishing environmental violations. However, the transportation market is mixed, and there are still some units and individuals who do not hesitate to “commit crimes” and evade solid waste disposal fees by dumping across regions. By connecting all the GPS data of transfer vehicles to the “Digital Blue Network” platform, we can grasp the vehicle status, location and historical operation trajectory in real time. By improving the industrial solid waste circulation system, the risk of environmental violations can be greatly reduced. IoT sensing equipment such as video surveillance, vehicle-mounted satellite positioning devices, and electronic weight scales, as well as technical means such as drones and satellite remote sensing images, can be used to achieve stronger control, greater law enforcement intensity, and better service measures. Secure the collection and transportation process chain and let the entire process of industrial solid waste collection and transportation be “under the sun”.

With the “digital steward”, the level of industrial solid waste management has been greatly improved. However, blocking is worse than sparing. In the construction of “digital intelligence and no waste”, it is even more necessary to improve industrial solid waste disposal capabilities, expand digital service functions, and effectively assist the dynamic clearing of industrial solid waste.
