It is understood that in 2019, Dongliao County was designated as a “provincial-level tussah characteristic industry advantageous area” by the Jilin Provincial Government. The County Party Committee and County Government of Dongliao County have continuously deepened their close cooperation with scientific research institutions to incorporate advanced sericulture production, processing, technology and advanced silkworm products into the characteristic development of tussah silkworms in the county, turning resource advantages into commodity advantages and allowing advanced productivity It has become a strong support for the development of tussah specialty industry in Dongliao County.
