Why is Teflon air filter membrane better than traditional filter material?
It is not affected by particle size distribution, can capture extremely fine dust, and has low emission concentration.
Because traditional filter materials have low removal efficiency for dust particles below 1 μm, especially 0.2 μm to 0.4 μm, the emission concentration is still high, with the concentration range ranging from 40 mg/m3 to 80 mg/m3.
The current emission standard in our country is 50mg/m3. Obviously, the use of traditional filter materials sometimes cannot meet the emission requirements, and the use of this Teflon air filter membrane or other filter materials with micropore size can meet the standards.
