Aksu region carries out integrity management evaluation of cotton processing enterprises

Recently, the regional development and reform commission has taken the lead in organizing cotton-growing counties (cities) and relevant departments to carry out integrity management evaluation of cotton processing enterprises in the region in accordance with the “Autonomous Region Cotton Processing Enterprises Integrity Management Evaluation and Management Measures”.

This evaluation work aims to strengthen the supervision during and after the purchase and processing of cotton, further standardize the purchase and processing behavior of cotton processing enterprises, strengthen corporate credit and quality awareness, and do a good job in A solid foundation has been laid for the purchase and processing of new cotton in 2023. During the work, we visited 171 processing enterprises in the region that will participate in the autonomous region’s cottontarget price reform announcement in 2022. Through communication with the person in charge of the enterprise, we checked the status of enterprise system construction and the “one trial, five” “Determining” ledger data, retrieving bad behavior records of enterprises in aspects such as acquisition and processing, warehousing inspection, fulfilling quality obligations, paying taxes, issuing invoices according to the facts, bank credit, etc., to check the pulse of the enterprise and comprehensively Physical examination, objective and fair evaluation of the integrity management of cotton processing enterprises in 2022.

In the next step, the regional development and reform commission will work with relevant departments to continue to carry out inspections and supervision of the cotton market, optimize the cotton circulation environment, maintain the order of the cotton market, effectively protect the interests of cotton farmers, and ensure the healthy development of the regional cotton industry.
