“One Plan” is the “Special Rectification Work Plan for Safety Production of Textile and Clothing Enterprises in the City”. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau combined the actual situation of textile and clothing enterprises in Anyang City to formulate a special rectification work plan for safety production, clarify the work goals, decompose the task list, refine the work responsibilities, and achieve the overall advancement of a plan.
“One data” refers to the “statistical database of textile and clothing enterprises in the city”.
