The expected goals of digital transformation of textile and apparel enterprises
(1) Overall goal

(2) Specific goals
1. Establishment of data management and operation organizations for key enterprises. Vigorously improve the interconnection of production factors and data integration management and application capabilities of enterprises, establish data operation organizations (i.e. data management committees) in 100 key enterprises in the industry, set up chief data officers, and form a model for the integrated management and operation of data resources in the entire business process of the enterprise. 2. Enterprise digital transformation and upgrading. In view of the characteristics of the private enterprises in the textile and garment industry in our province, which are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, starting from the links where the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is urgent, we will develop low-cost, lightweight, platform-based, and quick-effective digital solutions suitable for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises to promote Enterprises go on the platform and support research institutions in building public service platforms for them. Help enterprises conduct diagnostic consultation in digital transformation and provide solution application and other services. (3) Support social groups to cooperate with related work and services in digitalization
