The release of the trusted platform for green fiber products is the first major event of the “Ruibang·China Fiber Zero Carbon Action 2023”. The “Green Fiber Products Trusted Platform” is jointly operated by the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Suzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association and the National Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center.

Cao Xiuyu said: The platform uses information technology such as national secondary node analysis technology, blockchain technology, and supply chain traceability systems to provide lightweight applications for the upstream and downstream of the entire industry chain of green fiber products, from fiber to end products. Digitaltransformation and upgrading of the entire industry chain and online transactions ensure the trustworthy uploading of production data, warehousing data, logistics data and transaction data to the chain.
“At present, the ‘Trusted Platform for Green Fiber Products’ mainly focuses on the category of recycled polyester. It has been designed from the source of recycled polyester raw materials – bottle flake factory, to The data link of the entire industry chain from slicing factory to intermediate yarn, fabric factory and finally ready-made garments and brands realizes the process of recycled polyester fiber from procurement, raw material input and output, production consumption, silk cake, packaging, finished product input and output, invoice, to final The data of product green certification is transparently uploaded to the chain. By scanning the blockchain QR code on the certificate, users can trace the entire process information, and each product can have its own ‘ID card’ through digital means,” Cao Xiuyu said.
