Sericulture originated in my country and is a symbol of my country’s traditional meritorious industry and excellent traditional culture. It plays an important role in targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. As the birthplace of the ancientSilk Road and a major sericulture country in the world, my country’s demand for sericulturetalents is increasing day by day. In order to further develop the sericulture industry, meet the people’s needs for a better life, assist rural revitalization, and promote the development of related industries, six ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the “Sericulture and Silk Industry High font color=”#FF8040”>QualityDevelopment Action Plan (2021-2025)”, which puts forward new directions and requirements for the cultivation of talents in the sericulture industry. However, there are currently only three universities offering sericulture majors in my country, which cannot meet the needs of industry development, and students are not very interested, resulting in a small number of professional talents in the sericulture industry, which restricts the high-quality development of the sericulture industry. Under such a development background, the three leadership and three integration described in this article are the exploration and practice of the talent training mechanism of the sericulture industry. Through ideological leadership, practice leadership, and innovation leadership, the integration of politics and education, the integration of industry and education, and the integration of science and education are promoted, thereby Build a new comprehensive talent training system for the sericulture industry to lay the foundation for the development of the sericulture industry.
Taking the spirit of spring silkworms passed down from generation to generation by the National Sericulture Research Team of the Sericulture Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the core, we will integrate the three-dimensional education throughout the entire education and teaching process of the sericulture major, give full play to the value of ideological and political education, and explore political education The thoughts under integration lead the way. First, lead growth actions with values. Through professional education, expert lectures, open classes on faith, and visits to memorial halls, students’ interest in learning is improved, students’ sense of value and mission for the sericulture industry is established, and students’ life ideals of developing agriculture and serving the country are inspired. Integrate the upstream and downstream industrial chains of the sericulture industry, hire excellent experts, professors, and front-line employees to provide guidance on practical teaching in colleges and universities, while providing students with in-depth grassroots job practice, enriching students’ professional knowledge and skills, and establishing an integration of industry and education. Establish a refined practical innovative talent training model. First, jointly build industrial classrooms. Colleges and universities should deepen school-enterprise cooperation and jointly build sericulture industry practice bases to provide venues for teaching practice. Teachers and industry experts will jointly complete on-site teaching to provide students with professional, core and management capabilities.
